About Big Sisters of the Lower Mainland BC
We provide supportive mentoring relationships to youth who may be facing challenges like bullying, isolation, poverty, abuse, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and more.
Since 1960, we’ve been building resilience in the youth we serve, to create safer schools and communities, and a brighter future for all.
Our donors help make Big Sisters possible, and every little bit helps. When you donate to Big Sisters, you’re contributing to our next generation’s future.
Know of a girl, non-binary, transgender or gender-diverse youth in need of a mentor? Our mentors will help them feel confident, connected, and capable.
Big Sister’s mentoring programs help ignite the potential in our girls, non-binary, transgender and gender-diverse youth across the lower mainland.
Strong. Resilient. Confident
Meet youth whose potential has been ignited, because of our support
Our Events
Every year, Big Sisters hosts three events dedicated to seeking and gathering voluntary financial contributions, by engaging individuals and businesses.
